If I could give zero stars I would. Went to lunch here instead of the food court. They have like 10 tables so you think they would be fast at their service and food delivery. Wrong. Took over 35 min to just get our water! Food came and it was pretty much opposite of what we asked for. Then they added their own tip of what they thought they deserved after we left. We figured it out by looking at the credit card statement. Thieves. Terrible service and terrible food.

Waitress was not good at customer service. Food didn’t taste all that edible. Avoid the nacho cheese fries/tots. Burgers are better anywhere else. Quality of the food is lacking. But the services non-existence, when we said the food was not good the waitress just said “ok”.... that was it came back with the check. You would get better service and food down stairs at the food court. Good luck.

Fun place, neat decor, and cool atmosphere. I ordered a shake "to go" and it was PERFECT! It was creamy and delicious with whipped cream on top. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I went to Johnny Rockets for the first time a few weeks ago and I had no idea what to order seeing as it was my first time being there and my waitress Destiny came up to my table with a brilliant and warming smile and welcomed me and went through the typical process of asking me what I would like to drink. But it was a little different because it felt like she genuinely cared about what I want. She was very kind and quick to help me get what I ordered. She did a wonderful job and because of her I definitely will recommend this restaurant and will be coming back. Very well done.

We went about 12:00 pm on a Saturday. It was not busy at all; there were only a few other diners. The service was great, unlike what other reviews are saying here. And I’m sooooo glad I didn’t let that deter me when I was reading reviews when I wanted to come try it for the first time. I got the Rocket Single, fries, and a Oreo milkshake, and it was YUMMY. I love burgers and get them quite often when I go to restaurants. I dare say that my burger was one of my top favorites. My meal was delicious! I will definitely be back.
