Aside from great food, this place has an excellent atmosphere and staff. I enjoyed the calm lighting and light amount of noise as well as the attention to detail given to interior design. There is a mix of modern and rustic that I particularly enjoy in any space. I like the quality of food. I normally don't get dessert but had to since the quality of the main entree was so good. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you for a great experience.

My poor baby brother took his gorgeous prom date here on what was supposed to be a very special night. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not truly understand the concept of gluten-free. His extremely gluten intolerant girlfriend, (who arrived on time and still lost their reservation) was served contaminated food. She became violently ill and spent her prom night huddled over a toilet. Now, I'm reasonable, and I do understand that things happen. This darling girl lives a difficult lifestyle and is bound to have more encounters like this. HOWEVER, what I find most disheartening and despicable was the management and staffs complete lack of professionalism, accountability and customer service. Overall this was an awful experience for these children, which was only made worse unfortunately, by the crappy attitude of an incapable staff.

This review is only regarding the dinners they provide on Sundays. My girlfriend and I have gone here for years and it used to be our "go to" place for Sunday dinners. Their table-side buffet styled service attracted us and the food always wowed us. Unfortunately, because of management the service has gone downhill while the prices have increased. On Sundays there is just not enough servers and they don't have the cooking capacity to supply their customers with an adequate amount of food. We arrived at 7:30pm and after an hour and a half of dining there our whole party left still hungry - having to leave because the place closes at 9pm and pizzas are not made after that time. Unfortunately it took over 20 minutes to get each slice of pizza. The staff tries their best but the lack of servers and food produced do not warrant a visit on Sundays.

Seriously disappointing how bad the service was tonight. We are a group of about 15 and our reservation was for 9 o’clock pm. Over the phone we got no details regarding a kitchen closing at 10 or us being too close to closing time. Atmosphere is great, that’s the only reason I rate this place. But our waiter Named Joel was very unpleasant- not only rushing us to order but raising his voice when we didn’t want to pay $40 for them to cut a cake for us- we decided to take it to an after party with us afterward & Joel claimed “NO ONE WILL CUT IT FOR YOU ANYWHERE ELSE” (caps because this is him raising his voice). Getting the bill split was also very confusing & overwhelming for Joel apparently. We will not be coming back for small or big events, not even worth the atmosphere.

You might call this Italian or some people might not. Seems to me that it's another Utah restaurant trying to be local/fresh/upscale and just ending up being expensive and not that good. Some parking in back but very limited. Restrooms are shared with other businesses. Staff wasn't overly attentive, but were nice.
