If you’re wanting FAST food this definitely isn’t the place to go. Waited in the drive-thru line for over a half an hour. I’ve waited that long multiple times, I keep hoping it’ll be better and it never is. On top of the wait time being ridiculous the staff is never very friendly.

They had no baked potatoes, my main reason for going there. The fries were cold and soggy. We ordered a hamburger, and they put nothing on it. Just a hamburger and bun. We did drive thru so we didn't know that until we got home. I complained on their website. And it said a manager would contact you within 3 days. I never heard anything from them.

We had a wonderful experience dining in. The guy who served us tonight was so genuine and kind and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make my family feel extra special.

I frequent here often and usually experience long wait times but good food and they usually get my order right. The staff here has never given me a friendly impression, and customer service hasn't ever seemed to be a strong suit. Today's experience would have been given a one star. I gave them a 2 just because of past okay service. I waited in an insanely long lunch line. Pulled up received my order, pulled away and realized they forgot my small fry. I pulled next to the north doors, called and let them know the situation. I asked if they could run the fry quickly out to me. It should have taken 60 seconds or less. They told me no, I would need to either wait in their long drive thru line again (which is longer than when I got in now) or come inside. I explained that would require unloading my van of children. The woman who answered the phone decided that I was capable of that. So I left and my daughter had to cry for fries because I was on a time constraint. The lunch rush is always ridiculous here and I really wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who answered the phone. Good news she said she wrote me down for free fries. Thanks.

It started as a good experience, just got back from airborne. I pushed myself to hard and got dehydrated and I needed something to drink. We went to Wendy’s and we ordered. However, when we got our drinks, I started to feel a little queasy. And then it came, as I was sitting down I felt the impending doom coming. I tried to run to the bathroom. I made it to the tile and threw up due to my dehydration. All the workers saw me and only one, I don’t know his name came to help. The rest of them just stood there. The nice worker got me some napkins and showed me the way to the bathroom. Then my buddies inform me that the manager walks over. He says “What happened?” Buddie - “He threw up, he’s dehydrated” Manager “where” Buddie “right there, corner of tile” Manager “was it a sandwich he was eating or the skirt he was wearing (referring to the flannel shirt tied around my waist)” Buddie “no he’s dehydrated” Manager “he’s dehydrated? Well he better f***ing drink that whole thing (referring to the drink I bought)” Buddie “well there’s a reason I bought it” Manager “well he better drink some power aid” Manager walks away saying “we should get a mop and make him clean it up” I didn’t end up having to mop it, but it’s almost 25 minutes since this. Still has not been cleaned up, employees are just looking at it out the window. But on the bright side, we did get a free drink before all this happened.
