Love the food here. It's always pretty slow unless you only get ice cream. It is worth the wait though. Super fresh food and great tasting!I give them 4 stars, because every time I order a hamburger, they give me a cheeseburger. I can't eat cheese, so it gets irritating.

Service here has been a getting slower. If you come expect to be waiting for at least 20 minutes for food. The staff are good and kind but all young. When there are 7 people at the service station you shouldn't wait for 40 minutes during non-peak hours. Also the food was not very well done.

3 stars is only because the girl at the window was nice. We got milkshakes and it was like the toppings were sold separately. Lol literally had no cookie dough in my shake. Might try again to see if that changes.

Wanted to go through the drive thru but it didn’t move for a few minutes so went inside. Ordered just one shake and two cones...35 minutes later we received it! That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Just ice cream orders should be served as soon as they can get them out. If they have a food order with them then sure the ice cream can wait. What really made us mad was when the guy in front of us waited for ONE CONE for probably 15 minutes! Wow. Just wow. No wonder why we haven’t been here in years. I think we’ve complained about the service before. Just a few blocks from us and I don’t think we will go back. We’ll visit Arcle Circle. We could’ve had our shakes from them and eaten them and and had our kids in bed before Iceberg got our order to us. I had to go take the kids in the car to have them watch a show while my husband waited. Again, for two cones and one shake....we went on a busy night and maybe they were short handed, but 35 minutes for those!? Absolutely not. And after all this the shake wasn’t very good

Food here is inconsistent. The service and the building are going down hill really fast. They are always so slow to get your food especially in the drive thru. If you go inside, be prepared to step in something sticky and sit on a seat with a hole in it.
