The food is great however I cannot give a positive review on just this. The service lacks serious training. When we came on a Sunday we knew there would be a wait. We came in and was told 10-15. Then after that time we came back to the host and was told an additional 10-15! Then given multiple excuses. I want very happy considering we are now going to wait 30 min. I get being busy. I've done hosting and serving at overly crowded and overly whelmed places but please train staff better on how to sit and host. That's not the only terrible service experience we had it where when we came to dinner it wasn't super packed. We had no server for 20 minutes and finally had to ask for help. Someone who wasn't even our server came and helped because he couldn't locate the server for us. He was wonderful and made sure my sons mac and cheese was resent before getting to us because it didn't look great. Please train staff better and don't overwhelm the servers. Also people with 8+ people should make reservations. There was about 6 tables with 10+ seated by walking it.

We had a party of 10 and waited over an hour to be seated, they told us our table just needed wiped off but still waited 30 minutes after that. Finally got seated and had to ask for menus. Waited 20 minutes to get our drink order and had to ask for straws, then we ended up needing to find our own silverware. Food also took forever. No soap in the bathroom (that makes you feel good about eating after using the bathroom and unable to wash your hands). Horrible experience, will never go back. We spent about 4 hours here.

Good food and service. Price is very reasonable especially for the quantity and quality. Our waiter was great with refills and getting us what we requested. Food took a little longer than we liked but they were pretty busy. The food made up for the wait though.

The good was really good! Reasonable prices too. I also thought the server was very personable and helpful- took good care. I’d definitely eat there often. This was my experience the last time I ate here.

We went in for a late lunch. They weren't busy and appeared to have plenty of staff. We had to wait to get seated. No real reason other than the cashier didn't acknowledge us. The waiter promptly took our order. We then waited 30 minutes. Finally my daughter went and found the waiter and inquired about our food. He said it would be out shortly. Within a couple minutes all our food was brought out. It was lukewarm at best. It had to have been sitting for at least 10 minutes in a very slow restaurant with numerous employees standing around. It probably was good hot but cold food just sucks. There were 4 of us and 1 persons order was made wrong. Needless to say. Probably won't go back.
