The chicken itself was good, however the sides looked like they had been sitting in the warmer all day, we also got our order completely mixed up, we ordered all the chicken spicy except for two pieces but we got only two pieces spicy and the rest were mild. We also paid for an extra side of coleslaw and found out it was not even in the bag when we got home. I tried calling to make a complaint since we couldn't drive back on the same day but they would not answer, I tried for two hours and nothing. That was extremely poor service. It's a shame because the front counter girl was nice. I will probably never come here again!

Excellent food, not excellent service. We had a 10 minute or so wait for our chicken, which isn't exceptionally long, but it would have been nice to know we should find a chair because there was a wait. Both napkin dispensers were empty, and there were no forks. Interior of the restaurant looked a bit neglected. On the plus side everything was piping hot and fantastic once we sat down back at the hotel to dig in to it.

This team of lovely ladies prepared a catered lunch for 100p. They were a pleasure to work with and the chicken, biscuits, sides and pies were excellent. Our customers loved it! Thank you - we will do this again - Lowe's Pro Services

After waiting 15 minutes for fresh chicken I came home to enjoy my dinner and the chicken had feathers sticking out of it! How do you not see that when your breading and frying the chicken!? Then I called and spoke with a manager and they could care less about it. I was disgusted and couldn’t even eat it! Really bad customer service and food quality!

Food was good, but they didn't have bread for poboys, they were out of green beans and the drink machine didn't work. Might have just caught them on a bad day.
