I want to make one thing perfectly clear and that's the fact that this review is about Sunday brunch, and Sunday brunch only. I cannot attest, negative or positive, to fellow contributors impressions of other meal services as I come here only for brunch. I can say in full confidence that brunch at Greenfield's kicks ass. They have a wide selection of hot and cold foods, a well stocked salad bar, waffles made to order as well as chef made omelets crafted right before your eyes, with plenty of filling options. As if all that wasn't enough, and I haven't listed everything, they have a dessert table second to none. Go for that alone, it's worth the price of admission. Super great staff quick to take your used plates, refill water and coffee, and always friendly.

We have always had great meals here but tonight was absolutely horrible. Took 30 minutes to get our prime rib cooked more. The salad bar was terrible, the cucumbers and broccoli were yellow and nothing looked appealing at all. So sad to see it go down hill so quickly. Please make it better.

I don't know how the board of health lets this place stay open. My husband and I went to dinner here because we were staying at the hotel. The salad bar had flies and nats all over the wilted lettuce. The bread was laying on the counter with flies landing all over it. I had the pasta thinking it would be safe and had stomach pains for two days. Also my husband had someone call his room at 2 in the morning numerous times offering to give him sexual favors saying that he was only a few rooms away. He called the front desk and they told him he had to wait for the manager to come in in the morning. When he spoke to the manager he told him that there was no one to trace the call and was very nonchalant about such an unsafe situation. The police said they could not help because the call could not be traced from the hotel. Bad food and bad customer service.

This is about as far from fine dining as you can get. Grilled salmon that has clearly followed a cheap steak on the griddle, smothered in cheese and tomato in a vain attempt to mask the meat flavours, slapped on a bed of sour spinach (well past its sell by date) and arguing for space on the plate with the ugliest cut of sweet potato fries you've ever seen. Putrid. Won't be coming back. Only upside is the cheery staff, that remarkably, seen so painfully oblivious to the pitiful state of the food.
