Crappy service! Had no soup no cookies and then no large cups! Customer service was awful! The women was rushing and had an attitude ! She was cleaning everything out for the night even though it was only 7:50 and they don’t close till 9! I do not recomend this location Essex is only a few minutes away and they actually care about there customers and have EVERYTHING out until they close the door! Plus the subs taste MUCH fresher !!! Will not return to this location!

The Subway in Pearl Street in Essex has very friendly staff and a clean eating area. I've been going to this Subway location for almost a decade and I have only been disappointed once. Overall this is a good healthy eating alternative.
