I been stopping here for many years during my travels to Bristol or Abingdon and my last 2 visits have been disappointing. The first of the 2 was cold fries and no ice in cola machine. This time I ordered my regular double whopper meal(# 2) and ask for fresh fries. I got my order and it had cheese(I never eat cheese on my burger)so I took it back and they served me another. I came back to the table sit down opened the burger to salt and it had no lettuce or tomatoes so I took it back and told them I ordered a #2(double whopper). Finally I got what I ordered and started eating. The fries were fresh and hot but I got disappointed half way through them. :( they turned completely cold!. They had put hot fries on top of cold fries. I will not be stopping here again for a long time...

Went there this morning. Things have gone downhill since about a year ago. Slim staff and had to wait a long time for microwaved pancakes. Got a snide, rude remark from a brutish farmer because of my "Trump" hat. Kind of a hick place. Parking places were a mess and eroding from the junk cars dripping oil.- an indication of their clientele. But, their syrup was heated! Won't go back.

There was a time when this was the best fast food place in Abingdon but its suffered a little in recent years. The food is still pretty good at times, though the fries are rarely fesh but the cleanliness has went downhill, especially the bathrooms. Rude employees at times too but that's to be expected from teenagers working in fast food.

My order was wrong. The food was cold. I waited for 15 minutes for fresh fries, but they definitely were not fresh. This was not a good experience and I will not be returning.

Liked the spicy chicken sandwich but not the burger in the chicken sanw/burger combo meal.
