Got food out in a timely manner. Sandwhich was extremely spicy couldn't finish eating it. The cashier said they switched to all Cajun seasoned chicken except for the tenders. Other than that it was great.

These people only serve you in the way that's most convenient for them. Don't expect to get what you want without going back in and raising hell. 1 cream 1 sugar. 1 salt packet. This is how they do business. If you are under 60 you are nothing to Bojangles. Good luck and be persistant to get a hot sauce or napkins because they will not relinquish anything without a fight.

This is one of my frequent stops as I travel this route. Restaurant is always clean, food well prepared and hot. Biscuits seem lighter than most. Great customer service.
