Good birthday discount if you sign up for their email list, free burger or garden bar with purchase of another entree. The patio at the Rosslyn location is also nice, and the server was very nice.

The value here is great. Let's use cost to help manage expectation, given the cost; the quality of food, food and drink options, and service, all exceed reasonable expectations. Enjoy!

After waiting 20 minutes to be seated and having no one greet us from the empty host stand, my girlfriend and I sat in the bar area strictly because we were tired of waiting. A surly waitress walked past and said she would grab us menus. After 10 minutes we still had not recieved menus or attention from anyone so we were forced to grab menus from behind the host stand (which was still unattended with several families waiting) . After 10 minutes of reading the menus and still having not received attention from any of the staff we decided to just grab the salad bar which was the one thing that prompted the bartender to take our order. After grabbing our salads and returned to our seats we realized we had no silverware. With nobody paying attention to us at all my girlfriend was forced to grab silverware from the still empty host stand. We didn't receive any refills or attention through our whole meal and had to actively flag staff down. And throughout our meal the very loud bartender continulousy complained out loud to the restaraunt patrons about how busy he is and how no one else does anything around here. He threw a very noticeable fit anytime an order was placed. I am a ruby Tuesday fan and a rosslyn local but the service was so bad at this location it prompted me to write this long review.

It isn't stellar, but it is what you'd expect from Ruby Tuesday. To be perfectly honest, the best thing about it is that they serve food later than nearly any place else in that neighborhood. Appetizer menu is reasonably expansive. Staff were attentive and friendly. Layout of the place is a little disjoined, which is actually nice - even if the place were busy, you could probably get a quiet-ish corner to yourself.

Compared to other Ruby Tuesday locations, this place is lacking in service and atmosphere. It's typically always too cold or too hot and their wait staff; while nice and we'll meaning, often forgets orders or brings out the wrong item. I'd rate the food as good and service as nice but bleh.
