Medocre food, horrible service. Did not want bamboo shoots and asked for mushrooms instead. The answer was just "no". They give you about 3 tablespoons of rice and extra of the same amounts costs $2.00. I was there celebrating a graduation and my mom surprised me with cake. They charged $1.00 per plate for us to use their plates. The best part is they automatically add 18% gratuity for a party of 5 and only brought the total bill rather than an itemized receipt, so we could not see how much gratuity was added. Nickel and dime you and they are not even nice about it. Want real Thai? Go to Thai 99. Food and service much better. Shame on you Ty Thai. You are in the service industry. Act like it!

Had lunch here...beautiful decor, tables aren't private and placed very close together. Started with spicy dumplings app. It was small & tasty. For lunch I ordered the drunken noodles with pork. It was pretty good & spicy like I like it. The pork was tough, dry. My hubs ordered the lemon salmon & shrimp. Beautiful plating but he said the salmon was overcooked. Their house pinot grigio is very tasty. We spent $55 plus tip. Not a great value for app, lunch plus drinks...on the higher end I'd say.

Went in on a Wed for lunch and was nice to see the quiet Thai ambiance. The waitress was very nice and attentive without being overbearing, the food came promptly and was plated well. I had the Mussleman curry(it came with rice and a small soup), I chose the Thai Sampler appetizer (it says for two but portions are small) and the sweet rice with mango for dessert. Everything was at appropriate temp. And tasted very good. A little on the pricey side but the neighborhood is too (Wyndhurst) The portions are smaller than most American restaurants but actually quite appropriate and filling. I do recommend giving this place a try.

Consistently good food. I'm a repeat customer and try to eat here a couple times every month. I recommend TY Thai to friends often as well. Good, solid Thai food.

I only visited this restaurant once a week ago and I must say I'm impressed at the flavors and the aroma of their food was really good. Their vegetable noodle soup is wonderful please try it when you go. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good THAI food.
