First time at a "Hardee's" EVER. (I just moved from the West Coast to the East. They're "Carl's Jr.'s" out there) and I was told that they were "Completely 'OUT" of the first 3 things I had initially gone there for in the first place. Then proceed to tell me they didn't even have/make an item that was right there on the menu board with a picture and all. I was irritated by there lack of EVERYTHING. Food, product, options, availability, customer service skills etc. Only thing they qualified for as acceptable would be timing of get my order to me. They quickly threw that out the Window however when I immediately go to distribute obtained food as soon as I get home and found out that ALL FRIES were cold, no condiments on two different sliders orders, no cookie in one order, meat tasted old/dry, no napkins, the drinks were either really watered down (which should be possible since the was supposed to be no ice in any of them), tasted flat or had very little taste at all? I didn't realize that it was even possible to make a drink taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp with the food?!?! I was so frustrated with it all that I didn't even want to deal with attempting to call any of the higher ups.

Quick, mostly nice staff. Insides of the building could use a remodel but other than that this location is pretty solid. I'm in and out of the drive thru with hot food and a cold drink in my hands before I realized it.

Biscuits are the best! Yes, better than mom's! Chicken tenders are yummy. Breakfast is delicious and an awesome value. Drawback: slow, slow, slow. Did I say slow? They're slow. Slow. Yeah. Slow. Chocolate shake with REAL whipped cream will satisfy that craving. REAL ICE CREAM, REAL WHIPPED CREAM, REAL MILK, mixed right before your eyes. Don't let them make it before your order is ready though. Because...... it'll melt. They're slow.

Best breakfast in the morning and the best sausage biscuits. The staff at times seems to have conflict in the back however it never affects how they treat the customers up front. Everyone has drama but I appreciate them not allowing it to leak onto how they treat the customers. It seems the biscuits taste better during the weekday versus the weekend. Best sweet tea in the area!

I ordered the #2 breakfast....smoke sausage biscuit combo. It was hot and fresh both sandwich and hash browns. Tea was nice and sweet. The drive thru moved at a good pace.
