One of the best She Crab Soups I've tasted. Great service. Very friendly and cozy. Came on a Groupon but will definitely come back soon.

Excellent meal. Shrimp & grits were a hit. Will go back. Service was outstanding, VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Awesome service! Food was great! The Grits with cheese,shrimp and sausage was so tasty and filling. The She Crab soup was nice and rich with lots of crab.

Where to start....we went to the Suffolk location for brunch. We had read reviews on the shrimp and grits as well as the biscuits and gravy and we wanted to try them. As soon as we get there they say they are out of shrimp and grits and biscuits and gravy, mind you we were there at 10 am when it opened for brunch. There were mimosas...which were brunch specials at $5...each. We ended up getting the special which was a salmon omelette and the “gourmet” grilled cheese. The gourmet grilled cheese sounded wierd so of course we were intrigued and wanted to try it. It was mediocre at best. It had Gouda cheese with peaches (weird I know) and bacon with a balsamic drizzle. Well this gourmet grilled cheese came on cheap white bread and not ripe peaches and microwaved bacon...Next my husband got the first item on the menu with pancake eggs bacon and sausage...well the sausage looked (and tasted) like Jimmy Dean bought frozen then microwaved. The pancake was dry even drenched in the syrup. The salmon omelette was he best thing but the eggs were burnt and it really just wasn’t anything to write home about...needless to say...I do NOT recommend. Definitely not for brunch...I won’t be going back to try a dinner either...if something as simple as brunch wasn’t great then I don’t even want to attempt a disasterous dinner possibility.

We received a Groupon for my husbands birthday and made reservations for Sunday lunch. We showed up and the doors were locked. One of the cooks came out to tell us none of the other employees showed up so they're closed and to call back on Tuesday. So we left and called back Tuesday, they told us to go in so we did. We had she crab soup, I give it a four on a 1-10 scale. Then I ordered a sandwich, because you can't mess up a sandwich and it was okay. My husband ordered shrimp and grits and it was awful the grits weren't cooked shrimp was flavorless. We actually had them take it back because it was so bad. I wouldn't ever go here again.
