10:30 pm Saturday 3 Feb 2018. I was the only car in line at drive in and staff taking order was having difficulty taking our order. Food was cold when delivered. Staff seemed more interested in socializing amongst themselves than doing customer service for their only customer of the entire restaurant at the time.Do the basics right: provide good fast food and good customer service. Management is clearly asleep at the wheel.

They literally got every item in or 2 combo order incorrect (including the soda). We asked for a c9+c10 they gave us both sodas with ZERO syrup; Sierra mist & diet Coke. Them handed us c6+extra taco. Someone else's order you might say... NOPE 1:30am and not a soul in either the restaurant OR the drive through. YOU HAD ONE JOB.

Took to long. Other orders were wrong. The young guy at the register could not get the order right. Spent about 9min making sure my stuff was input correctly.

Good place and delicious food. We live nearby so we go often. There is one man who works the drive thru that can be frustrating because he keeps trying to rush you while you order, even if no one is behind you. When getting the food together he also didn't put in the sauce we requested even though we asked twice. But besides him no other issues. I love online ordering to 1. Avoid the above situation altogether and 2. To have certain food items/ customizations that may not be on the menu if you were at the restaurant in person. It's fun to play around with the ingredients to make the food your own. My favorite so far has been changing the cheesy gordita crunch from beef to chicken and having them add extra ranch! 😋
