I am new to the area. Gennaro's was the first restaurant that we tried upon moving to Luray. I have to say that we have never been disappointed with the quality of food and their hospitality. Even when I called in a pizza just minutes before closing and asked help for someone in need, who was cold and hungry. I asked if i could pay for it over the phone, so she could come in and pick up before closing. I must say, they never once hesitated. I paid for it, called the young woman and told her to come on. No questions asked. Just courtesy and hospitality. Great place for families or just for a few friends to hang out a chill and eat great food. Compassion is a gift from God, Thank you for your gift. God Bless to all of the Gennaro's Gang!

Super great food! I never leave hungry but I usually leave with a box. Great portion size and price!

We ate here once before and loved it. When we came back in town we decided to go back. We ordered the same thing (meat pizza) and it was as expected. It was ok but not as good as when we previously ate her. We are not sure what changed in one year or if we just had an off night.

We came down here from Hookstown Pa for a weekend trip, we stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel that was right beside Gennaros, The Food here is awesome portions are huge and they treat you like family... Everyone is awesome. We ate there the whole time we were down there and they remembered us each time we came in. Authentic Italian Food at its finest .We will be back and i would strongly recommend going here

Great Italian food, very reasonable priced and offering quick and attentive service. More than generous portions. The chef came to chat with us - he's truly Italian, very kind and very friendly. Highly recommended!!
