Very good food and menu options. As the website states, they encourage conversation by offering communal seating so you will be seated close to other parties. Super homey and delicious! Only downside for some may be the noise. Otherwise very kind staff and clean facilities. We waited for less than 10 minutes, but I still wish it was bigger so more customers could enjoy at once!

Check their hours BEFORE you go and actually plan your visit. The food is really awesome. It's not cheap, but not super expensive. It is a tiny joint and they seat you literally wherever you fit, so you will be seated next to and/or at a table with strangers if its busy, which is always is. The staff is quite friendly here. The crowd this restaurant attracts is sort of the "yuppie" crowd ( just FYI because you will be seated with them). I had a good experience, but wasn't too thrilled with the atmosphere. I just felt uncomfortable, like I needed to hurry so I could let someone else sit down. It's crowded and customers seemed annoyed by my kid which also made me uncomfortable.

Phenomenal food!!! Who ever thought grilled cheese sandwiches could be so fancy. The waitress we had was the best I have ever experienced. She was very thorough and attentive and seemed like she really enjoyed her job.

Not your average grill cheese sandwich! Food was prepared quickly, fresh, and delicious. I sat at full bar (all the tables were taken) however the customer service was still superb.

Website and sign at restaurant says Grilled Cheese Bistro closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:07pm, with plenty of seating available, and they wouldn’t seat us, saying they were closed. So 1/5 this time. 4/5 for food, based on the other times I’ve been. Edit: Re: The restaurant’s response below. I would note that there were several other tables of customers enjoying food. It is theoretically plausible that there were natural gas issues that started between when those customers ordered their food and when we arrived at the restaurant. If so, my apologies. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any natural gas issues when we arrived.
