Outstanding meal: special well worth it! Lamb and beef both excellent, but scallops & shrimp were my favorite. Everyone was happy. It was a family reunion; we stayed for four hours and never felt anything but welcome. True southern hospitality and cuisine worthy of the finest city!

Stopped in for a late afternoon snack ... my husband had fried oysters ... very tender. I had seared scallops ... delicious! We both had a cup of she crab soup which was also very good. Appears to be a trendy place, nice outside patio. Although late afternoon, resturant already busy. Would think evening reservations a must!

One of my favorite places to eat in Richmond. Charming interior decor and outdoor seating area. Great quality seafood and savory options. Salads and sandwiches are amazing too

Modern, fresh atmosphere. Good service. The lunch special steak wrap left a lot to be desired and the she crab soup was rich - but mostly cream with a little crab garnish. Priced aggressively for the food quality.

The food was outstanding; however, we were told by a manager the server did not want to serve us alcoholic beverages. My wife had a glass of water and I had a glass of wine. When we inquired as to how we offended the server no reason was provided. Obviously we did not provide a tip after the meal and explained we did not appreciate the rude service we had received. Shortly thereafter the manager appeared and told us to leave. Never in my life have I ever experienced such unprofessional service and not been provided any details as to what we did. We have no idea how we offended the server. We suspect our reservation was initially canceled from a voice mail left on my answering machine in Yorktown to call back and verify the reservation. Since we did not receive the message due to not being in town the reservation was more than likely canceled. The restaurant did provide us with a table and a large party showed up during our meal and maybe they wanted our table. This of course is speculation since the manager did not provide any information as to how we offended there server.
