Do not recommend. Have eaten there a handful of timers and each time I thought maybe they improved but not. Food was burns waitress had drinks wrong and didn't attempt to fix them. 1st visit we waited an hour at our table b4 getting a waitress. Why did we stay? We were enjoying each other's company b4 looking at how much time had passed. That time we did get our meals compt. Another time quality of food and service was poor as well.

Terrible experience. We got there at 9pm on a Saturday. The bar area was pretty busy but the rest of the floor wasn't so bad. The floor was littered with trash and debris. There were at least 7 tables and 4 booths open and we were asked to wait. We were seated fairly quickly, but waited for another 20 minutes and never gave our drink order. I saw a few wait staff, none of whom acknowledged our existence. Hostess and a cook were seen sitting on the bench for customers in front as we left the nasty place.

Food was good. Service was good as well. The menu repeats itself to make it seem like there is more to choose. I don't drink so I can not give further advise.

This the second visit in as many months and again the wait staff failed to come back and check to see if the food was okay or to refill the beverage before all the food was gone and the cup was empty, and even then it was only to ask if I wanted dessert. When I said no she brought the check and even then I had to specifically ask for refill. I paid in cash and asked for change. When she did not bring it back I flagged her down and asked for my change and a receipt. Did she really expect a 40% tip with that level of service? This was not the same waitress as a previous visit with the same problem. Possibly how they are being trained? On a positive note, the food was good, which is reflective of the chef, so I still left a 20% tip.

I’m currently sitting at this restaurant and we have been here for about 15 minutes and we haven’t even seen our waiter. We asked the host about this and he’s trying to fix it. We come to this Applebee’s frequently and we’ve had good and bad experiences. For example, one time I ordered the wings and when they got out of the kitchen, there was hair wrapped around them. It was disgusting. We told the manager and he quickly fixed it and gave us a refund. Another incident is, my step dad ordered a burger and he found rubber in it. But they are really trying. We’re talking to the manager right now and he’s being a really good person and trying his best. We have now given up, and we are headed to McDonald’s!
