This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The menu changes everyday, but the food is amazing in every facet. It is a combination of extremely skilled cooks, and fresh, high quality ingredients. On my visit, we made a reservation for 12, and the chef asked if we wanted anything specific. We requested for there to be Lamb as an option on our menu. This was probably the best lamb I have ever tried. Cooked to perfection, with a perfect amount of flavor and char. The meal is expensive, it is about $60 per person for the food. (Drinks are fairly expensive. $8-$15 beers/$20 Mixed drinks) You do get what you pay for though. The portions are also not annoyingly small. An appetizer and entree can more than satisfy a 200lb male. Can't recommend Clarity enough

Fantastic food!! Excellent service! We went with a larger party from work and were seated in a room with a bunch of wine - perfect! I loved the tomato appetizer and the goat entree was spectacular. And dessert - yum! Lemon custard with rosemary and thyme ice cream. All in all, I can't wait to go back!

Unique establishment. Our hosts explained that menu changes daily. Each "first" and "main" courselves endeavors to blend beef, pork, chicken or fish with flavors of several different ingredients in the dish. Pork rib first course was outstanding. Chicken main course was a little disappointing in comparison, but just a poor choice on my part. Wonderful service from Nicole. Our hosts are regulars. Prices are stiff, but fair for food creatively conceived and presented. However, some dishes may seem overly eccentric, as if creators are trying too hard. So, have an adventure, but be a little cautious.

Chef Krinn is French-trained, which tells you how great the food is here! Sit around the prep table and smell your food being prepared! Swamped after 8 p.m. Everyone wants the chef's menu with available wine flight. That's just what we did on 3/24. Fabulous! We'll be back soon.

The food and dining experience is top notch and unique even for the NoVa area. We sat at the chefs table which really is quite the show and included chef Jon greeting us as we sat as well as coming by at the end of our meal to ask us how everything was. The food was delicious both in taste and sight. My rationale for a 4/5 is that its a bit pricey such that I was expecting a flawless meal and what we got was close but not quite. I had a couple brusselsprouts that were a bit under cooked. We also watched our neighbors receive one complimentary dish after another, which was great for them but left us feeling like like we were missing out. This was completely circumstantial bit none the less played into the experience. That said, it obviously pays to be a regular here as everything they got looked great (and was off menu of course). With the bar set high my review is reflective of that. If half points were possible I’d give them a 4.5.
