I have been a customer at New Harbor numerous times since they first opened. I have always received excellent quality and quantity of food and friendly, helpful service. Every menu item I have chosen has been good to superior and their won ton soup is excellent. Very nice people own this restaurant and they present a comfortable, professional atmosphere and accurate billing. 😀

I like it. I had Mongolian Beef, it tasted good but was nothing special. Honestly it is pretty standard Chinese food. The restaurant is very dated- check it out when you want Chinese food.

My mom and I went here for dinner. The food itself was great, but the service was decent. Definitely coming back.

Years ago this was the undisputed best Chinese restaurant in Spokane. Their quality control seems to be less than what it was or perhaps a change or ownership. The walnut shrimp is unrivaled, it is beyond amazing.

My daughter and I went here on Friday it was Awesome our first time. We have been looking All over Spokane for a good Chinese place and have not had any luck until we came here. Their egg rolls are the best I've had any where, the Chowmein was very good too, as well as the Almond Chicken. The fried rice could use some improving but everything else was excellent! I used to work in several Chinese restaurants in the Seattle area. So I know the best. For a small place these guys are really good!
