We decided to have a late breakfast and decide to go to Dennys. It took 16 minutes for our waitress to recognize us and I could see other tables were also not waited on in a timely manner. We eventually ordered our food and that also took a longer time than normal. My coffee was not asked to be refilled and by that time we decided that we had spent enough time there, my guest ordered water before we left. When i received my water, it had a huge milk smudge on one side of the glass and it looked like this glass had come out of the collection of plates that hadn't been washed. It was very obvious that this waitress did not pay attention and the glass was disgustingly filthy. Totally grossed us out and we decided to leave immediately. I mentioned the glass to the waitress on our way out and she offered another glass and at the point, we had decided we would never go back. I've never shared a bad experience as a review, but this I had to get off my chest and hope the restaurant management will see, read, train, fix and do whatever they can to provide better quality service to its customers.

Like the cafe of years gone by Denny's still has the hometown appeal. But they take into consideration the needs of today. Like me for instance. I am disabled. The disabled parking spaces are close to the door big enough for a walker or wheelchair. The waitress took us to a table with a chair missing, just right to put my walker. My mom had a steak with squash and fries, and I had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. When was the last time squash, meatloaf, or broccoli were on the menu? The service was promt, attentive and polite. They have a large selection of deserts, but my mom's meal came on two plates. She had herbal tea, which is not available everywhere.

Went to Denny’s around 11 pm last night. Barely anyone in the place. A guy informed us that the their is a new chef and food would be a little slower. We only saw our waitrestwuce. Once ordering our drinking and the next was to give us them. Never got a refill, never asked how our food was(which was awful, cold, my boyfriend took one bite out of the waffle he ordered and couldn’t even swallow it). The lady seated next to us also had problems with their meal and complained. When I went up to pay he only took off my meal and I still had to pay for the milk shake, my drink, and boyfriends meal that he did not eat. So many things wrong with this establishment. I highly encourage to go ANYWHERE ELSE that is not this place!

The service was good. It was my son and I when I visited. They were friendly and attentive. I had forgotten how salty Denny's food was until I got the shakes. If you have high blood pressure; stay away.
