Service was excellent. The sat us quick enough (we did make reservations), we went on a Friday night at 7 p.m. Our server checked on us often enough and other people came by, including the manager, to see how things were going. We told them we were celebrating a few things and they gave us a "congratulations" plate with dessert. It's a fun experience, with some many options to modify the meal to make it what you want. It's a really fun, awesome experience. I highly recommend it.

This is our go to family event dining location. Its a lttle pricey for what you get, but we have always gotten great service and decent food. Since you cook most if it yourself, its hard to fault the restaurant:). What makes this place work for us is the experience. Dont go here if you cant spare at least 2 hours. The meal courses take time, but its an excellent time to connect with family and friends. By the end you wont leave hungry.

Great location, super nice staff. They work with you to get the best experience possible. Easy Street parking or you can pull into the garage, which they pay for. Class act all around

Food and service both were good! The reason for 3 stars is the concept that isn't suitable for vegetarians. Im not eating meat but my husband is, unfortunately there is no way of splitting the dipping bowl so there was no selection for us since there is only one vegetarian option. We ended up taking that and an extra cheese as suggested by our waiter. Also didn't really like the mood there, it was too dark, and the music can be better.

We had an 8:45 reservation, and that all went well. Initial server was also fantastic! We had seen that they had happy hour starting at 9 and we were interested in that. Once that time came and we brought it up with the server, he told us it was only available in the bar. We were still interested, so we moved. That's when the experience changed. Very small bar, not very clean. Because it's the bat, they hear your good and then put it in front of you, so you have to eat it fairly quickly. That would have been minimally acceptable. However, the bartender was not very friendly and would disappear for minutes at a time. We ended up leaving after being at the restaurant for 40 minutes, only drinking water, and the only thing they had done was pour beer in the dish. It was very frustrating. The restaurant seems fine, about the bar n
