The food was excellent. My wife said it was the best steak she ever had. The atmosphere was romantic with dim lighting, live piano and not much noise...a great place to go on a date. The service was also great from the hosts and bartenders to the wait staff and management. It's pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for.

Great place. Went for our one year anniversary, and I was glad I chose this place. Very elegant and neat. Beautiful live piano. Friendly waiters. But most of all was my lamp chops. I can surely say that was the best 60$ I’ve spend on lamb 👌🏻

Best steak and seafood. I made a reservation for my family to spend my wife's birthday at El Gaucho for dinner. Their reservation system asked if it was for a special event, so obviously, I specified birthday. We were quite surprised that they went out of their way to integrate a birthday card signed by the staff (pre-printed card, but nice gesture), and every single staff member we encountered knew it was her birthday. For dessert, we had their fabulous table service for bananas foster. My wife's had a birthday handle and when they lit that candle, the pianist started playing happy birthday. I never set this up, but they surprised me with the attention to detail.

I often come here if i want a magnificent steak.but i find myself getting way more excited about the lobster mashed potatoes they are the greatest thing. And now i am a repeat costumer. The drinks are great and the desert is on point. A great place to take a date you really want top notch impression's. Dont expect to spend less than 200.

Beautiful building, the staff was terrific. The food was outstanding. I don't go to Bellevue often, but when I do, this is the place to eat. The pricing is on the high side but so is the quality. It's a bit hard to find and with the recent construction around the area we did a couple of laps around the block. I'm not familiar with the area so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. If you're in the neighborhood I highly recommend it.
