The best restaurant for dumplings!!! They’ve got a great spread and a lot of veggie options that were really impressive. The vegetarian dumplings and chocolate dumplings are worth a try. Overlooking downtown Bellevue, the views are great too. The service is very efficient. All of this makes it a pricey place though! The wait on a weekend night is usually around 10 to 15 mins. But since there are multiple locations of this chain, I usually call in about the wait times. Lots of free parking at Lincoln square.

This place is amazing, because it has great hand made food which are mostly delicious various kinds of steamed dumplings. You order by number off the menu, putting your number on ticket. Sever takes ticket, and returns with all your foo! Simple, fun, and usually busy. The place looks upscale, but most people there dress casually. The food is regularly good, the staff friendly, and if there is an issue - the fix it, or make it right.

The food is bomb. Also, I really enjoy their way of taking parties names. There is almost always a wait unless you go to the bar. Luckily though, they'll text you when your table is ready so you don't need to sit around for 20+ minutes waiting there. Seriously great food

I was excited to try Din Tai Fung on my recent trip to Seattle but left the restaurant feeling a bit underwhelmed. The famous xiaolongbao has super thin skin, which is great (and you can actually see them being made when you're waiting out front, which is pretty cool), but I wish it had more flavor. My party of four waited about an hour on a Saturday evening which I assume is normal since the place seemed extremely busy. I was a bit disappointed in the customer service since one of our dishes was forgotten and we had to wait an extra 20 min to get it. Overall, my experience was just ok. I would say definitely come once to try it and form your own opinion but I will probably skip the next time I'm in Seattle.

This place is the BEST dim sum I have had in a LONG time. The only issue is their wait times. You could be waiting for a table for HOURS. Even the bar on busy nights has a wait list, but if you don’t have kids you usually only wait a half hour or so. My husband and I go here when the kids are with their grandparents, that way we don’t have to wait for table. Staff is always so nice and helpful. Just wish we could bring the kids with us without having to wait so long!
