March 2018 Review: These guys have gotten much better, but they still forget to put something in my bag every time I go. Last time is was a soft taco, tonight it was two cinnamon twists. Like I said, they've gotten way better, now if they can just audit the bags a tiny bit better, they would be great. Earlier 2017 Review: Literally have been sitting in this drive through for over 25 minutes now, Saturday night, and while the girl at the window who is running the drive through seems nice and certainly was polite, I just can't comprehend how the manager at this location thought it would be acceptable to make the poor girl run both the drive up register and the front counter. Time to get a new manager.

Went in to get some food. 1 older guy in front of me. No one knows how to use the register. Finley some one who know what they were doing got the old-timer his order. Than I waited a little longer. Place my order and there out of what i wanted. 15 minutes for fast food you don't have any of today. This was my first time here in more than 5 years. It will be my last.

I realize that I'm stepping into a Taco Bell and my expectations are suitably low to begin with. But this TB is just awful. All our burritos, over 50% of their content was the tortilla (like eating a tortilla seasoned with a sprinkling of rice, cheese, and a dusting of meat) and our steak burritos were ground beef. TB is cheap to begin with, I get that, but this was ridiculous. Follow these easy steps to have an only *slightly* inferior culinary experience for way less irritation and money: 1) Go across the parking lot to Fred Meyer 2) Purchase a pack of flour tortillas and some taco seasoning. 3) Sprinkle some taco seasoning (a very light dusting) in the middle of each tortilla. 4) Fold each tortilla as if there were burrito ingredients in it. 5) Consume the "burrito".

I know it's taco bell, and I should be expecting this, but it was awful. The employees don't know their own products, and I had to point out on the menu what I wanted to order. Food tasted strange, somehow old. I had something with rice, but the rice was crunchy like it was raw. I work at Taco Time, and the differences between these businesses is astounding. I will never eat here again.

I don't get how reviews for a year now say this place takes 15+ minutes to get your food in the drive thru, yet here we are waiting 20 minutes for a couple of tacos. I've been to lots of Taco Bells in my time and this one is by far the slowest. Also the drive thru lane locks you in once you get in, so there's no turning back. Either expand the lane with an "escape" lane or train your staff to appropriately manage a normal lunch queue in a drive thru.
