Got in yesterday during a rush. It's normal for the wait time to be 25 minutes or more when coming in, but they do their best. Friendly staff. Always loved the staff at this location. Only issue is always the quality of their food. Went with my family our to eat last night and everyone's food looked some what appetizing... except mine. I had a Blue Ribbon with only a little kid handful of fries. Yeah. they are bottomless, but why don't they already come on the plate with the correct serving? The wait time from drinks to food was about 40 minutes.
The patty was super dry, thin, and overcooked, so were the caramelized onions and there were not enough onions or bleu cheese. Felt really like I was just eating bad meat and a bun. Very disappointing and actually quite disgusted. My tummy was very upset after. The place was also way too warm and made me also lose my appetite. Last time I went with some friends, we were sat in front of an air conditioner in the back left and it were already freezing from it being cold outside. So, that experience was uncomfortable as well.
If you go, please make sure you are very specific. Hope that someone really finds this and does something about it. 'Cause I have been to Red Robins from Everett all the way in Tacoma and this one is SERIOUSLY lacking.
