Hamburger was good, but VERY messy. A juicy burger, with very drippy toppings. Required several napkins. Not a bad thing, but be ready for it! Only complaint was that they had a TV on playing a daytime talk show and had the volume up so it made it hard to converse with anyone. I was there with a friend and we wanted to talk, but this made it much more difficult. Prices are also a bit higher than expected for what you get.

I've eaten here a few times so this is fair. TL:DR it's WAY overpriced, the burger patties are plain at best, and it's just not worth it when Red Robin is across the street, cheaper and tastes better. The only item I liked from the was a Hawaiian BBQ pull pork sandwich, that was mostly due to the sweetness of the BBQ sauce. Stacks tries to be creative with their burgers but they are really just hiding their bland food with sugary oddities, like peanut butter and jam. Their 'avocado spread' is just a cold chunk of avocado that's jarring when you bite into it. They are currently offering 8 chicken wings for $12, and 20 for $20. That's embarrassingly overpriced for simple chicken wings. The staff is very friendly, so they have that going for them. I don't recall it take this long before but tonight I waited over 20 minutes for my one burger and nothing else. I want to like this place but I don't. Find somewhere else.

Love love love this place. Staff is super friendly and the food has been delicious every single time we've came. Definitely going to be a continuing regular customer.

Burgers were really good service was friendly and place was clean. Lose 3 stars for being penny wise and pound foolish. They ran out of milk and employees said the new manager forbid them to go next door to buy more because Trader Joe’s is too expensive. Instead refund 4 shakes. Smart real smart 🙄
