This is our first time going to Kelly's Cafe and we were very pleased with both the service and quality of food we had for breakfast. The servers were very friendly and attentive as the cafe became full of people. The accent of the cafe (at least in my opinion) was that Kelly's offered home baked cookies and brownies, so we took some home with and they were scrumptious indeed. We would come again even though we live in Federal Way and have to pay a toll on the Tacoma Narrows bridge...3 to 4 thumbs up for Kelly's Cafe.

Good place for lunch. Extensive menu, flexible. Good coffee, and beer selections. Casual and flexible. Only 1 bathroom , and they try to keep it clean. Kids menu.

Food was decent but over priced, biggest gripe is how bad the service was for my party of six. Took way to long to get the food and on top of that they completely forgot one our plates. Would have left absolutely zero tip but since i was with a party of six 15% gratuity was mandatory. Lame as H

Absolutely disgusting environment, needs a deep cleaning, poor service with mediocre food. There’s plenty of choices on where to eat around Gig Harbor and especially downtown area. You’d be better off walking a bit further and finding something much better with a great, clean environment and more bang for your buck.

Was not a busy day, Wednesday approximately 6 p.m. service was slow. However there was only 5 adults and 4 kids total in the place. (2 sperate tables.) When our food arrived to us all the french fries extra crispy and hard crunchy because they were overcooked. My daughter's bacon was burnt. We complain but they made it excuse thry had only one cook. Obviously he couldn't cook for 2 seperate tables, that ordered at two different times. Took pictures of our food. My husband made a remark at checkout that we could even eat all fries and bacon because it was overcooked and too hard. Thinking they may have at least gave us a discount seeing how we couldn't eat it. However they did not. Nonetheless will probably not go back.
