Surprisingly antithetical to food or fast is a $6 sub-ingredient taco that takes 10 minutes to deliver. It’s a ‘taco’ that’s, as I see and taste it, comprised mostly of shredded lettuce strands and salt. The first overwhelming flavor in the general vicinity of where the beef should be, is salt. The second flavor is probably best described as ‘old’, not aged but just o l d . Ok, enough downside, here’s the upside of my visit; props to the local management for placing a very nice guy at the window. I was greeted by a utterly pleasant customer service rep who seemed committed to making me feel welcomed. Here’s a few ideas to take or leave: Please keep the high prices, but just commit to offering much fresher ingredients (meats and veggies). I definitely don’t see your ‘back-of-the-house processes’ , but I can certainly taste them. We all can. I’ll be back periodically (at least yearly) to see if your game’s been upped. Best of Luck

Ah, Taco Time, with your Crisp Meat Burritos. I love them so much. Tots, weirdly named "Mexi-fries". What?? So tasty though. But seriously, fast and friendly service, clean restaurant. What more can you ask?

Horrible service and the prices have gone up. This particular store constantly gets my order wrong, and I've even pulled up to the drive-through window and no one was in there working. I would rather drive further to a different location than go to this particular Taco Time again.

Great food, their not always busy, but the up side to that is theres not a long line. A great place to stop into when in a rush.

The cashier was doing her best and trying to help all the customers with a new computer system but the manager lady was being extremely rude and unproffesional. Snorty and shaking her head when I needed a refund for a burrito I did not order but paid for. She seemed disgusted t by at she even had to deal with it. Told me I would have to wait. I also witnessed her being extremely rude with another customer who was over charged and actually just upped and walked away and told the other guy to deal with it. It's been 20 minutes and I still haven't gotten my food. Shes acting like it's the busiest day on earth and theres maybe 10 customers in the whole place. I will never come back to this horrible establishment. Hopefully the cashier gets a better job
