If you are hungry and looking for a quick bite (which doesn't cost a lot) then you definitely need to check out this place. I have been eating here for years. The food is always great, portions are very generous, and service is usually very quick.

I walked in at 8:53, and their sign said they closed at 9. But they told me they closed. Other than that, their food is good. But for the sake of good customer service, you should never close the store even if it is 7 minutes before it actually closes. It doesn't put a good name on the business, just sayin'.

Absolutely revolting experience! I have never been so shocked as to the attitude of the staff of a restaurant. We came in and ordered two pho soups. The server comes back with the plate of basil and sprouts. The vegetables on the plate had rot in them and the basil was crumpling and old. We called over the server and told him about it and his reply was shocking. He shrugged and said they get it all out of the same bag, so he doesn't know if he can do anything about it. I looked at him and told him to figure it out and he left. A few minutes later he came back from the kitchen with the soups and a the plate of sprouts and basil. He placed it all down and commented on how its all from the same bag so it doesn't even matter and how he could have just picked out the bad pieces, and then he left. I looked at the new veggies and found more rotten pieces. At this point the shock from his response and the rotten ingredients in front of me had fully killed my appetite. I was not even confident in anything they were serving me at this point. I called him over again and asked to see the manager. He got concerned and started telling us everything he did was normal. At this point I was through with his bs and demanded the manager. The manager came up and I explained to him the situation. I was absolutely appalled when he pretty much spit out the same exact spiel his employee gave us about how everything is normal and from the same bag. Our food had rot! How is that normal!? I told him that if the bag of sprouts was rotting, then he should throw away the bag and not serve it until a fresh shipment came in. He told me that it was not his fault and it was all from one supplier. How does that excuse serving rotten food to your customers!? At this point i was beyond the point of patience and strictly asked the manager if he would serve something like this to his family, or if he would eat something like this himself. He at this point looked down and confessed he wouldn't do either. I chewed him out and told him that this was the most disgusting and revolting experience I have ever had and how I will not be paying for my food. I agreed to pay for the drinks. He agreed and brought us the bill for our drinks, we paid, and left. I am not a picky person. But if I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would in without skipping a heartbeat. I will never go back to this place even if it is the last Pho restaurant in the world. I will also be reporting this place to the health board. This is beyond unacceptable.

The Veggie/Tofu Pho was super delish. Until I got to the dead fly in the bottom of the broth container :/ In the summer I'd have understood but winter, with shut doors?
