Everest Kitchen used to be in the Lake City area near 145th and was one of those small business that you see from the road as you drive by and think, "I'm should stop by someday and check it out." Three years doing that and never did. Fortunately the restaurant moved to the Lake Forest Park Town Center and now I or my family order and pick up dinner once a week! The food is good (proof: we eat it once a week), you can specify the spiciness level, the prices are reasonable (proof: $14 entree comes with rice and can feed two moderate eaters), and if you dine in, the experience is pleasant (good service, a bit of wait as food is made to order). I'm glad the restaurant moved to the town center, about a mile from their previous location. Now they are conveniently located and parking is a breeze!

Not sure why some reviewers call it under-spiced. Have eaten curries all my life, this is good stuff here at the Everest Kitchen. Had the buffet, it wasn't the largest selection but it was fine, low-priced, and the Tandoori chicken was the best I've had. Great value! We'll be back.

Bestest Indian food!! My most favorite restaurant, amazing food, great service. Never have been disappointed in anything we've ordered.

Fast service and delicious food! This place came highly recommended from a couple friends in the area and I can see why. I plan on coming here for lunch whenever I'm in town.
