Very helpful friendly staff & place very clean. With the first mouthful of meat you'd think it was just fat but perhaps it's the way it's marinated/cooked. Wouldn't be to everyone's liking. Sweet & sour chicken was ok. At least it's not like most Chinese restaurants where it's always sweet & sour chicken balls. Chinese restaurants here cook most of their food very different from the Chinese restaurants in Britain & Ireland & unfortunately they don't cook fried rice here.

Worst Chinese. The beef in the Mongolian beef was fatty and inedible. The sweet and sour was doughy and the meat tough. We will not be back. We both got sick on the way home.

I had a Spicy Garlic Chicken. It wasn't spicy nor did it taste of garlic for a green pepper taste overpowered everything combined with taste of teriyaki sauce. Past experience have been much better. The place post remodel looks much more inviting and is a fantastic important combined with friendly staff. If you do go to the Lynden Mandarin try another dish.

Have enjoyed sashimi, sushi (spider roll, dragon roll) and several other standard dishes. Great flavor, careful preparation. Thoughtful people. Service a little slow

This place has improved so much. I can not tell you how fresh the Sushi is. They have a terrific menu. Go eat, enjoy!
