The service was first-class: attentive, but not overbearing, helpful without being pushy. That was great! Let's talk about the food... My date and I got steaks. She got the sirloin, and I got the rib eye. Both were cooked the most perfect medium-rare I've seen since eating at The Palm in Dallas, TX. The seasoning level was perfect. The sides were also exceptional. I had baked beans, mashed potatoes, and the creamed spinach. We also got a side of grilled onions, because you should always have onions with beef. :-) My only regret is that I couldn't stay for desert. The next time I'm in Snoqualmie/North Bend, I'm going back.

Visited for a birthday dinner. Unexpectedly served the best old fashioned ever!! Blood orange bitters with a brown sugar simple syrup- yum! As if the food was not enough of a reason to go there, the old fashioned just brought the evening to perfection!

I took my wife here for her birthday. The Chilean Seabass was one of the best I've ever had. The beef tips appetizer was excellent. The cheesecake was unusual and very delicious. The service was great too.

I’ll call this a MIXED review. Came here for my son’s 16th birthday dinner. Atmosphere is super cool. Waiter looked the part, but didn’t try hard by any means. His service was just okay. My son ordered Steak Oscar which he said tasted like “gold.” But my dad and I ordered the half rack of ribs and chicken, and it wasn’t that great. BOTH of our meats were Luke warm, that’s both the chicken and the ribs. Chicken left much to be desired. I barely ate it. Ribs were good, but definitely not great. My son’s French fries were spectacular, so I would definitely say yes to the fries. I won’t be back again. For this price point, I’ve had much better.

Such a beautiful historic building decorated as an old saloon. Music and atmosphere was great. Great staff and food as well. The prime rib dip was amazing!
