Simon's Pan Asian Bistro is just around the corner and all the food were delicious! They make all their food/appetizers and sauces homemade and uses high quality ingredients! I entered with my family and friends on a Saturday night, and were immediately greeted by two professional and friendly male staff. The restaurant was almost booked but we were able to get a table adjacent to the bar area (they have liquor, wine, and beer as well). While waiting for the food to arrive, we would ask questions to the male staff about various topics and they were highly intelligent and fun to talk to! We ordered the Sampler Platter first, which comes with a variety of appetizers on one plate and we loved every juicy and mouth-watering bite! Afterwards, we ordered the Family Dinner with Beef and Broccoli, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Orange Beef to share. The family dinner also includes soup and rice! So we ordered the brown rice and egg drop soup and wonton soup. The orange beef and beef & broccoli were crunchy on the outside and soft, tender meat on the inside with a nice aroma from the sauce that made us wanting more. The staff asked how our food were, took plates away, filled our drinks, and wished us a good night and we sure did! It was very memorable and we will be planning to return!

The food is good here; however, last time I ate here I ordered seven flavor chicken (which is on the menu) and they served me beef. When I told the server, I ordered chicken and not beef he took my food back to the cook. Well, the cook started complaining loudly about how beef was better and more expensive then chicken. You know what, just give me what I ordered. Not what you think is better!!!!!! Plus, the server never comped our tea like he said he was going to because of the mistake. I’ll give this place one more try and update accordingly.

I had heard great things about this place and finally made it down for dinner with my mom and boyfriend. The setting was ok, nothing special though it looked clean. The service was again alright, no specials and nothing to write home about. We shared several of their Chinese dishes and all of them were alright but honestly the Chinese food at most grocery stores is as good (and I don’t eat those...) it lacked flavor and felt a little slimy. Definitely not homemade legit Chinese food but not so bad it’ll make you sick. That’s the best I can say.

It's probably fine if you're not looking for authentic Asian food. The noodles were greasier than we hoped. The pho was more salty than flavorful. They didn't have any real chopsticks - just take out ones that were harder to use. We wanted to find a new go-to for pho, but unfortunately this won't be it for us. It's not terrible, but it's not on our radar for returning.

The service was very good, seated right away and food came out very fast. The food was just average, nothing bad but nothing I'd write home about. The appetizers were better than the entrees. For some reason the bar looked empty and must have been closed because we weren't offered and beer or cocktails.
