Me and my Family haven't been to this place in over a year. Once again we decided to go and try it out. Things change in a year. The inside was nice and clean, looked pretty cool. Our order taker was nice. But as always our meal was messed up. Ordered an 8 piece thigh and leg only. Ended up only getting 6 pieces of legs and thighs, and two tiny pieces of what we can only assume was chicken wings. Even after a year they still cant seem to get orders correct. Do not waste your time coming here.

Try to get some food 40 minutes before it said it was gonna lose and they tell me they "can't make my food because they're gonna close soon and would like to get out of heir at a decent time" never had a worse experience anywhere

Worst kfc ever. Supposed to be family friendly. They have no high chairs, they were out of juice for the kids meals and the popcorn chicken in the kids meal was nothing but burnt crust. No actual chicken

I have to say I keep trying to hope they will get my order right since it's the exact same thing but they always leave things out this has to be the 3rd time

Is there a possibility could this place 0 stars or a minus for the customer service here is horrible every time I go here I honestly don't know why I go back probably because some of the times the food isn't that bad for fast food but it's not fast food at all you want six cheeseburgers expect to wait at least 30 minutes you want chicken go somewhere else they're not going to have it they never have half their food don't ever go there past 5 they probably won't even walk up to the counter to greet you soon as you walk in they never their soda machines working they're literally out of something every time you go there or you wait half of your life just to get your food the expression you get what you pay for is definitely this place but you actually pay more and get less. Go to Kennewick skip this place. When I spoke to the manager and explain to him the situation he just turned around and walked away while I was talking to him
