I used to really enjoy this place. The food is still good, but many of the wait staff that made the experience great have left. We kept getting this one guy that was not very friendly. Many times we would not see him for 20 minutes even if the place wasn't busy. Didn't seem to care much about serving. Usually I tip pretty high here and it was the first time I didn't feel like tipping someone (still did).

Great service considering it was graduation weekend. We went two days in a row and had big groups both days. Thank you so much!

I had the dipper sandwich and my husband had the stuffed croissant. Both were fantastic! We are both coffee snobs and were not let down by our drinks. The coffee is prepared with the perfect amount of flavor. I had a caramel macchiato. I could taste both the sweetness of the drink and the rich coffee flavor without either overpowering the other. You have to choose your timing wisely though, because the place can be really crowded.

Edit: The last three visits for me have had taken over 40 min from order to table for a party of 2. Only one of these occasions was during busy hours, with the other two having at least 8 empty table/booths. Great food still, but service has gone down significantly. Unsure if it's a staffing or workflow problem, but either way it's extremely dissapointing from one of my favorite restaurant in town. It should not take almost an hour to get bacon and eggs after being seated regardless of how busy a place is. Visit Counter: 37 Delicious coffee, can get great pancakes for 2 (5 stack) for $8... Hard to beat in a college town

Its a good thing the food is terrific. Came for happy hour on a Friday, had to wait ten mins to even order a beer when there were only four full tables in the whole place. Then when I was ready for another beer had to walk back into the kitchen because the ENTIRE crew had been back in the kitchen laughing for twenty minutes. THEN had to go back in the kitchen AGAIN in order to pay because there was NO STAFF in the front for ten minutes or more. Burger was incredible but the abysmal service will prevent me from ever returning.
