Bob's Burgers is my go to place for the best Steak Salad in the Tri Cities. The steak is cooked to order and is strip cut onto the salad. Tender, seasoned beef on top of romaine lettuce, red onions, chopped tomatoes & crumbled blue cheese. The dressing of your choice is served on the side--my favorite is the champagne vinaigrette. A full meal that's a great, healthy choice for when you want something different.

The service was great, but the food was horribly sub-par. This was the frst time I have not finished a burger or any of the fries at a burger joint. Mcdonalds burgers are better than what I had. The patty was dry and lacking any hint of flavor, seasoning or juiciness. How this happened with hamburger, I'll never know. The fries were room temperature and did not appear to be cooked long enough, or at all. They had no color to them, just raw potato color. The texture was unappealing and the one that I ate did not have me reaching back for more. I did not send back the food as I was with a group of people and I do not care for conflict when I go out to eat.

Typical franchise burger joint with all the amenities one would expect. Sports, burgers, fries, etc. Friendly staff, reliable dining experience.
