Food is decent here. Food quality is different on each visit. I have been here more than 10 times now. Management is pretty rude and the employees often don't care or don't know their own menu. Manager didn't know the difference between a breast and a thigh. If they improve their staff and how they treat their customers, I will update this. Love the food, but wish the experience getting it was not as awful or inconsistent. Update: Quality in food has seemed to remain consistent, but worker attitude is still pretty bad. I politely asked if I could check my to go order and the worker who was bagging my order replied with "sure, and you can bag it yourself too". I found that very rude and not how an employee should treat their customers.

Kinda expensive for what you get. The buffalo tenders doesn't have a combo option. Regular combos don't come with a drink. $23 for dinner for two not including tip. Positives: It is actually good food. Service is pretty good too, they seem to care. Hopefully we see a buffalo combo someday

Coming from the south I have a large pallet of other examples of great chicken and southern comfort foods. Ezells is easily on par with what we had back there. Compared to a national chain like KFC it is 100 time better in every way. My wife says they have the best mashed potatoes and gravy she has had since being here. I really enjoy the spicy tenders and Cajun fries.

They threw away my food before I was finished eating. I went there to eat last night. After I got my food, I went to the restroom. I put my drink on top of my bag and placed a paper towel on top of my drink to let the server know that I'll be back. In other places, the message is received loud and clear. Upon returning, my food was gone. The server didn't even want to speak to me, knowing his mistake and neither did the supervisor. So I left. I tried to send a message via their website but the captcha never works. And their business phone voicemail is full. This business model is absolutely horrible.
