Walnut shrimp, BLT, the Pad Thai are a few favorites of mine. I was surprised at the quality being so good. They are all nice and hard working. Politeness gets you a long way. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. The food is good!!!!

Burger was edible. Service was marginally better than fast food. Kitchen was not terribly slow.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels that had a restaurant on site. Unfortunately this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel and the food was really terrible. I heard about the restaurant even before I checked into the hotel by a guest of the hotel next door. Then when I was checking in a gentleman said to the front desk clerk they paid $64 last night for dinner and the food was terrible. I heard it again while I was waiting for my husband to bring our bags in. I asked how was the food here both guests said at the same time "don't". Since I didn't want to go out, I called to ask the front desk how was the food. She said it's ok. We tried it. I had the celery almond chicken. I believe a whole stalk of celery couldn't have been more bland. The husband had the beef broccoli he didn't eat it. Please Wyndham, get another restaurant in here. This is a disgrace to your reputation.

We've been coming here annually for 10 years. The first time, it was us giving up in frustration from walking in the cold, trying to follow wring verbal directions to another restaurante.... We decided to just give up looking, and eat at Ginger Palace... Because it was there, and open, and we needed to stop walking. It was excellent! So, we've made a point of coming back every year, when we're in town for a convention. The while family insists. We've since introduced many friends, and it is our annual tradition. The food is ALWAYS excellent. It's hard to decide every year... The Shaking Beef, the Pad Thai, the Kalua Chicken... Everything on the menu has been consistently wonderful (at least the Asian food.... Never tried any American standards there... but why would I go to a Pan Asian restaurante and order American food, anyway? I cook that at home.... I was really weirded out seeing the negative reviews.... Especially tje one suggesting that the positive reviews were fake. Well... My family of four is absolutely real, thank you very much. And I've had every sort of Asian food, and the bad and the good all around the world. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where you can find the best Asian food in the U.S.. Ginger Palace has never disappointed *us* or our many friends. :-)
