I asked for a burrito bowl. The gal asked me what I wanted and then didn't listen.she was paying more attention to the guy next to her. I asked for salsa on the side and she plopped it right on top. Then when I repeated myself, she looked at me like a dear in the headlights. The guy she was talking to interjected and said the salsa was the very good. That's wasn't the point, I wanted it on the side. Then she reaches for a container to put it in so it's "on the side". A little too late. Food was good overall, customer service not so much.

Not worth it for the money you spend! When we went, they didn’t have brown rice or pinto beans or anything else but chicken and steak.... staff is friendly and nice though!

Above average airport fast food. If you're not familiar with the chain, think Chipotle without the food poisoning. Consistent fast service and fresh results.

Worst service ever. I would give them no stars if I could. The woman behind the counter thought it was more important to talk to and help an airport employee behind me than pay attention and fulfill my order. Those employees need to make sure people have everything they need and want for their before moving on to the next customer. And yes I was a paying customer just like the airport employee behind me. She probably got a discount. I should have gotten mine for free the way I was treated.

It's a good spot for lunch at SeaTac. There is usually a long line which moves fast most of the time. One of the best places in the airport for food
