Love it here! All of the roasted seafood (oysters, mussels, clams, shrimp) is fantastic and they have a lot of wonderful gluten free options (including pizza). They handled our extensive dietary restrictions with no problems and the service is excellent. The drink menu is custom and good but they also handle the classics well. Their layout also makes them a good choice for groups and parties.

I give it 3 stars, not because of our waitress or the food, but because of one particular man who works at Orfeo. My boyfriend and I were going to Orfeos for a nice dinner after not seeing each other for a few months. He lives in Alaska and I live in Portland. We had reservations for 6pm and showed up around 4:30pm to have a drink and an appetizer while it was still happy hour. 6 came around and shortly we ordered food off of the main entree menu. Everything was absolutely delicious! From the happy hour menu and from the entree menu. We were having a beautiful time and we were so pleasantly pleased with our waitress. It’s around 7:30pm and the place was packed and the night was still young. My boyfriend and I just finished eating and were trying to digest all of the delicious food we ate. As we were in the middle of a conversation the host (who I don’t remember his name but he has an accent) came up to us, asked us how we were doing and said “may I buy you guys a drink at the bar, I have a lot of people who are waiting to be seated.” I Couldn’t believe my ears. My boyfriend and I ordered well over $100 worth of food for just the two of us and on top of that we had drinks, we also had a reservation. So I could not believe someone would try to get us to leave our table just because other people did not make reservations or plan accordingly for the fact it was a late Saturday night in Seattle. We told our waitress what had happened and she was appalled. Absolutely nothing was done about this and no one else came and apologized to us. When we were getting our jackets on at the table and ready to leave there was already somebody waiting behind us waiting to clean up our table. To make things worse before we even got up to leave the guy with the host who tried getting us to leave kept lurking around our table. So unprofessional and killed the mood. All I wanted was a beautiful dinner with my boyfriend who I don’t get to see often. I just can’t believe some people. That guy with the accent owed us an apology and managers from the restaurant need to speak with him. I just couldn’t believe it.

Great new Italian spot with a modern feel, so much so that you forget you are in an Italian restaurant. I ordered the ravioli and it was amazing. All of their pasta is made in house which means you get that freah taste every time. Combine that with the great service and this is a wonderful spot for dinner.

Great food, slow but diligent service, loud. I booked an event here for my company. The booking process was great - very helpful coordinator, no deposit or minimum required. We had to halve our numbers last minute and the restaurant was very gracious. The food and servers were wonderful but a projected 2.5 hour event was almost 4 with the way the kitchen sent out food. Overall positive, though.

We had originally made a reservation online but didn't receive a confirmation email so we called the restaurant and they were very helpful and explained that the reservation had gone through. Our server was extremely helpful in helping us choose a wine when the one we wanted was out of stock. The ravioli was to die for and our dessert was amazing too. Thank you so much!
