This is my family's go-to Korean restaurant because the food is absolutely delicious. They marinate their meat well and the seafood pancake is fluffy and crispy. Even though the food is good, the service is terrible. We've been here when we were one of five tables seated and we go long periods of time without people checking on us. We came a couple of times during the dinner rush and had to awkwardly figure out that we had to put our name down ourselves on the clipboard in the corner of the waiting area. Waiters would bring us our meat but would forget the rice... even after being reminded twice. From sitting in the waiting area, honestly it looked like none of the waiters and waitresses had their own assigned area. For multiple tables, the waiter who took your order was different from the one who checked on you and different from the one who rang you up. This place could use some better organization.

Better quality than the "all you can eat" types. Nicer and more assorted side dishes. We had the need, which shows up on the receipt add " K-9 Bulgogi", which is kinda funny and an added bonus

What a fantastic place! it was a total blast from the moment you enter a clean place with smiley helpful staff to the moment they turn on lite the coals I'm the middle of the table and and lower the extractor. Then the abundant BBQ meats arrived along with tons of different complimentary side dishes. What a blast, so healthy such a great experience.

We didn’t receive any refills on water, and we kept having to ask for the rest of our order because they kept forgetting to bring it all. Also the table sitting behind us and next to us were seated a good ten minutes after my table and were helped first and served first and they received their food all at once. Maybe it was because I wasn’t Korean like the rest of the guests so I received poor service. I won’t be back again.

This is the best Korean BBQ place I’ve been to. The service has always been fantastic, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun for a date night, a night out for friends or with your children. They are always very accommodating and there is never a long wait for s table. We have been 6 or 7 times now and it has been delicious each time! This place is a gem. I highly recommend the kimchi pizza and the pan fried noodle apps and the bbq bulgogi and galbi marinaded short ribs.
