Food and service are up and down. Been here over 100 times, it's really hit and miss. Come when it's busy, you will get service and quality. Come when it's slow and no one comes to the table to take your order for 47 minutes, foods usually good. Most the staff are really cool people. Made a lot of friends Coming here over the years

I've been a fan for yrs of this chain. UVillage is my main. I can go on my own or with a bunch of friends. I'm always comfortable there. Service is cooperative and friendly... consistently.

The beer is great, particularly on a hot day. The food is.. Adequate. Very greasy, a little bland. Not the kind of place where I'd order a salad.. But the fries are good!

Two friends and I came to watch the Packers game at 10 AM on a Sunday so there were very few people at the restaurant. We ordered nachos as an appetizer (as well as burgers and beers, which were great) but the nachos came out burnt and with paper in it from the cheese! We got that resolved which was great but then our server never came back (we were very pleasant about it - weren't being rude) and so we never got refilled on our beers or water. We were there for two hours (watching the game) and literally no one came to check on us. We were one of several tables filled. Then with one minute left in the game, they changed the channel on us and wouldn't turn it back. We're from Wisconsin - we physically can't be rude. But we thought about it today.

The worst bar waitress EVER! Rude and antagonistic, she was the worst. Curious that her attitude became even worse after I signed off on a large bill and 20% tip. I will never spend another penny in any of their restaurants. On a 10 day vacation to the PNW, this was the only place we had a bad experience. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is a waste of your precious time and money.
