I love this place. Best wings I ever had. Adore their Thai curry sauce as it's medium spicy and tangy at the same time. I love their milkshakes as well. They have a huge range of sauces in which they prepare wings. You can have them dipped or on the sides. Do try their spiciest sauce but only at your own risk. Also the place is cheap, we were 4 folk, haf wings and drink each and still the total came out to be less than $20 per person. Totally in love with Buffalo Wild Wings, Tukwila.

Manager and employees only resource for resetting rewards account passwords is the customer service email - which states they get so many emails that they don’t reply to them all. I have over 2000 points that I can redeem BUT can only do so if i can long in. Which I have never been able to do. I was there for s birthday party for my brother we were there for probably 2 1/2 - 3 hours not by choice. We had s party of ten. It took probably 30 minutes for drinks. Half of us got our food about 30 minutes later. Then the other half 30 minutes after that. Someone from our group showed up late and ordered food. It took over an HOUR to get to us. By this time we were all done eating and ready to leave. So he was given the food for free and to go. The last time I was in (a few weeks ago), I stood at the front desk for s good five minutes before being helped. Many people walked by without even glancing in my direction. There was also no one around to man the Togo order desk that also had people waiting.

I went to other locations and the service it was great all the time. But this Saturday after having a good time with my husband and friends the last waitress, Treasha, was so unfriendly and rude. First when she bring when she brought us the drinks she almost throws them on the table and never again passed by the table to know if we wanted something else. So she never brought us the bill and there was a misunderstanding at the time of paying the bill. And she shouted at my friends, using obscene words like bit...! and F..!! and then she told them to pay and never come back. We asked to speak with the manager to help us with the attitude of the waitress. and I must say that I do not handle the situation in a professional way because I let the waitress continue to be unrepentant and shout at us from the other side of the bar. More than surprised I am of this establishment that is supposed to be a family and that we can have a good time in a friendly place. But I do not recommend that you go until they return to train their employees how to treat their clients.

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. This was the worst dinner I think I ever had. We went here on 4/20 because it was one of the only places open. Our expectations weren't high, but we were. So we were ready for deep fried apps and lots of wings. What we got was jail food. Carrots and celery weren't edible they were so old. Everything else was so old and dry tasting it was shocking. The mac and cheese didn't even have any cheese in it? Watered down sweet noodles? It was incredibly odd and just inedible. To top it all off, no one brought us water refills, and when I asked a guy took forever and came back about 15 min later with one ice water and left it there. We were all out. My buddies cocktail was tasteless and watery. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Thanks for the buzz kill Buffalo

Two things bring me to this joint Beer and wings, I don’t care about the 1000 TVs or nothing else. The parmesan garlic wings are the true reason God put me in this place, to taste them, to eat them and share them with my son. My family loves this place, but my son and I really live the purpose of the wing, no verbal communication, just the occasional glimpse. An awesome experience that only true wing lovers will understand.
