The things that I enjoy about Sonic is the drive-in feel where they skate up to your car, the menu is so extensive you could never eat everything on it. The prices are fair and they have special pricing at certain times. Overall the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and pretty quick. I'd recommend it over the other fast food places for the simple fact that I cannot think of anything bad to say about them.

This seems like the type of place that puts a 17 yr old girl in charge as the manager. The first time we pushed the red button, we got no answer and it actually timed out to the point where we had to push it again for service. We got an answer then, but we're still put on hold. We order our food and don't receive the ice cream we ordered on the receipt. At first the girl says she will bring it to us. 10 minutes later we decide to ring the button again to re-order the ice-cream, and they act as if we just got there despite my fiancé's explanation of the second order. We wait another 10 minutes and finally get the ice cream, and it's not blended at all. I had specifically ordered the M&M Sonic Blast. The reason this was a big deal for me is because I live in Seattle, where there isn't a Sonic Drive In for many miles North or South. In the SW (Arizona) where I grew up and Sonics were everywhere, service never disappointed.

The place was super busy and 2 people were on break. I watched as the 2 people in break did nothing but get high while 1 girl ran around trying to do everything by herself. Get rid of the 2 guys that are more interested in getting high then customer service
