My food was pretty good. But I'm thinking I would not return. The dining room was very messy. Worse yet, it was dirty. More than one trash was overflowing. Near the drink machine there was an odor that even I could smell, very disturbing. The troubling thing is that that several employees were sitting on the curb directly in front of the entry. Every hard worker deserves a break, but probably not good to have 2/3 of the staff relaxing by the front door. To be fair, it was 730 pm, could have been right after dinner rush. But I was the only one eating. Probably for good reason. I stop at McDonald's all over the Midwest but have never seen anything quite like this.

No matter what time of day, I am always through the drive thru within a few minutes. Even when I go inside, I always get fast, accurate service. And they always get my order correct. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Mcdonald's. I recommend it highly!! To the parents reading this: This location doesn't have a playground, like some of the other McDonald's have. The only one I know of, is at the Southridge Center, on Route 119, in South Charleston, WV. would NOT recommend it. But that's another review altogether.

Always friendly, but the service is also always slow. Expect a long wait at this location. It's tucked away from the road and may be hard for travelers to find. It's one of the few Corporate owned McDonalds in West Virginia, boasting it's retro 1950s facade.

Very nice and clean environment. The employees were very friendly and upbeat. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. I never have any problems when I visit here. Great experience!

Typical McDonalds. Nothing special, staff a little slow, but not too bad. Quick and easy meal. Nothing more and nothing less.
