The food was good and the service was great but what made me drop the rating was the manager. She was an older Asian lady and she was not nice at all. When we went to check out she asked our waitress Sarah who was great by the way to come ring us up. Which this is the first IHOP I have ever been to where they make the waitress ring up their own tickets knowing they have so many tables to attend to and then add 1 more thing for them to do. She literally yelled at the waitress and told her to hurry and gave her another task and she said I can't all my tables are ready to check out and the manager said in front of all of us well that's not my problem. I will never come back for that reason. I work in the food industry and it's about team work and for a manager to say "well that's not my fault" IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a poor manager. Fire her. Or give her better management training. Because this location just lost 4 customers to this 1 manager.

Clean and way better presentation than here in Columbus! Customer service best all the way across the board!

Me and some friends went there on Christmas Eve and our experience was amazing. Our server was fantastic and service was exemplary. I typically drink a lot when I go to places and it was absolutely the case this time. I had several refills during my time and our waiter even made jokes about it, but he was both professional and nice about it even offering me though I declined on it. The restaurant was both clean and had a really nice look about it and felt really homely. IHOPs menu contains both a good variety of diner food and Breakfast items. More than likely you can find something you like. I had a Turkey Wrap with a side salad, in which the waiter made a hilarious joke about and our table loved it. The price of the items are really fair and the food is both tasty and filling. The avocados that were in my wrap were originally going to be my concern, but they were surprisingly fresh considering it's late December and they are out of season. My salad was also really fresh and had a good mixture of toppings. To my disappointment they do not have any lite dressings for the salad, but it was still good.

Great place for late night breakfast. Always friendly, extremely affordable and they tend to play good music.
