5 stars because the staff is always friendly, patient and do the best they can. However, lunch hour at a downtown location is probably not the best time to have new, inexperienced staff members training/working. I've been coming to this location for about a year maybe two or three times a month for lunch, and I've seen a lot of workers come and go. Again, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating, however sometimes the wait can be 20+ minutes because they can't keep up, which is understandable for a new employee, but inconvenient for anyone who's on a lunch break.

They like to treat there Customers like they are nuthing I have told subway meant of times that there Customer service sucks then they call me and say sorry but go I get next and get same thing they care about money there and that is it they also give discounts to the Green Bay Police but when homeless come in they make a big deal about it so I would not waste my time with this place !!

Guys who used to work here we're pretty good, last sub I had was not unfortunately. Better options in Jimmy John's, Firehouse, and eberts across the street.
