For the price, the food was not very good. Med. Rare prime rib was cooked to well done. I would not return.

Had supper here with our young baby, the hostess and our waitress were very helpful and friendly with accommodating us, made it a pleasant dinner! Burger was top notch and the waitress Katie also gave us a bunch of very good ideas for places to visit in the area.

Had dinner there last weekend. Food was great. The new chef is a Beard awardee and it's obvious. And the ambiance is still that beautiful narina full of sailboats just on the other side of the window.

We had a really nice experience at Portside last night. It was a gorgeous night and this is an amazing view. This is a drive from the downtown Bayfield area, but I felt it was worth the drive. We got a seat by the window and had a terrific waitress. We ordered one whitefish and one steak, both were very good. The steak was cooked perfectly. The soup and salad were very good, decent wine list by the glass. Reasonable prices. After eating stroll through the marina.

Had dinner 5-23-16 and truly appreciated the special notice the hostess took in ensuring our satisfaction with our meal. She offered the most impressive service I have ever received, very much appreciated and will be remembered in future visits!
